This is the smallest suite but includes a queen size bed and features a private 3/4 bath. Large closet, a desk and chair with your own personal TV. Included with the rental of this room is the 2nd bay of the 2 car upstairs garage.

This suite is our most spacious and includes a queen size bed and private 3/4 bath with a double vanity. Entry into the room has a small hallway where the closet is located. It opens up to large room with desk and chair, loveseat sofa, TV and lots of storage with the large chest of drawers, 6 drawers under the bed and 2 end tables with lamps. Included with this rental is bay 1 of the 2 car garage on the upstairs level.

Suite 3

This suite features a large bedroom with a queen size bed and a newly added, private full bath. Enter in through your own private hallway with desk and chair for a separate office space and turn right into your bedroom or left into large bathroom. Parking for this room is on the street of our cul-de-sac.

Suite 4

This suite is one of our larger rooms and includes a queen size bed and private 3/4 bath. Located at the base of the downstairs it provides a degree of separation from the other rooms. It includes a love seat sofa, TV, desk and rolling chair, a smaller closet for hanging clothes and a large bonus closet with shelving under the stairwell. There is also a large chest of drawers with mirror, 2 drawers under the bed, and 2 end tables with lamps. Access to the lower level garage is included and provides a private entrance from the garage into the room.

Depending on availability, this room can optionally be added to the rental of the 2b1b apartment expanding the apartment into a combined 3b2b for a total monthly cost of $2,400/mo.
