Suite prices are for single occupancy
If lease is signed 6 months prior to your stay an early bird discount of $50/mo will be applied to rent.
$250 Deposit is due at signing. First and last month’s rent is due at signing if occupancy starts within 1 month of signing. If occupancy is not starting within 1 month, First and last month’s rent will be due on the 1st of the month of move in.
A $125 cleaning fee applies to individual suite rentals, and a $250 cleaning fee applies to the Valley View apartment.
A discounted cleaning fee is available when guests provide their own bed linens, pillows, and bath towels. Please indicate at the time of booking if bringing personal linens and towels.
