Suite prices are for single occupancy
If lease is signed 6 months prior to your stay an early bird discount of $50/mo will be applied to rent.
$500 Deposit is due at signing. First and last month’s rent is due at signing if occupancy starts within 2 months. If occupancy is not starting within 2 months, First and last month’s rent will be due on the 1st of the month of move in.
There is a cleaning fee of $100 for single suite rentals and $200 cleaning fee for apartment.
