The family apartment is located on the lower level of the Valley View house. It has two large bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed while the 2nd bedroom caters to children with a full size bunk bed, a crib and changing table. It has a fully furnished kitchen with tons of cabinet space and granite countertops and large living room for family fun. The laundry space has a stacked washer and dryer with large cabinets for extra storage. The family apartment has a fenced patio and back yard that is exclusively for the apartment. The large lower yard outside of the fence is shared with the upstairs tenants. Parking for the Apartment is on the street of our cul-de-sac.
